Appalachian born and raised, I have always been a hard worker that isn’t afraid to get down and dirty when I need to. For me, costumes aren’t just clothes, they are a quick look into the soul of a character. I strive to bring that soul out in every show I work on. Every detail from hat to shoe should be carefully thought out and work to support the characterization and works in sync with the director and actor’s vision.

When I am in the costume shop, I am a strong leader and love coming up with creative solutions to difficult problems. I enjoy keeping my paperwork precise, thorough, and organized to keep productions running smoothly. It is the most important to me to foster a fun but safe work environment where people feel comfortable to learn do their best work.

On my days off, you can find me getting all dressed up to go shopping, playing video games, or playing with my darling tabby cat, Indiana Jolene!
